Abstract submission is closed. The deadline for abstract submission was 5 May 2026. Authors were notified of the results on 18 June 2026, and 24 papers were invited for full manuscript submission.

Publication

All accepted speakers will be invited to submit a full, illustrated article for publication in the Conference Pre-Prints Series, published by Archetype Publications.
Submitted articles will undergo peer review.

Presentation Requirements

Oral Presentation: Submitting an abstract is a commitment to present your paper orally at the conference in a 15 minute format.
Delivery Style: Presentations should be delivered in your own words, supported by notes if needed. Reading directly from the written article is discouraged.
Language Support: If presenting in English poses difficulties, please contact the organisers for assistance.
Attendance Requirement: Presentations in absentia are not possible; speakers must attend in person.
