Timeline of the Reviewing Process

  • Manuscript submission deadline:  23rd September 2026

  • Return of 1st Round Peer Review Comments: 24th November 2026

  • Resubmission Deadline: 24th January 2027

  • Return of 2nd Round Peer Review Comments: 16th February 2027

  • Submission Deadline, final corrections by authors: 26th February 2027

Publication

  • All accepted speakers will be invited to submit a full, illustrated article for publication in the Conference Pre-Prints Series, published by Archetype Publications.

  • Submitted articles will undergo peer review.

Presentation Requirements

  • Oral Presentation: Submitting an abstract is a commitment to present your paper orally at the conference in a 15 minute format.

  • Delivery Style: Presentations should be delivered in your own words, supported by notes if needed. Reading directly from the written article is discouraged.

  • Language Support: If presenting in English poses difficulties, please contact the organisers for assistance.

  • Attendance Requirement: Presentations in absentia are not possible; speakers must attend in person.
